Cosmos - Moscow Legendary, Largest & Most Famous Hotel

Cosmos Hotel is located in one of the most beautiful and environmentally friendly districts of Moscow. The hotel provides panoramic views of the Botanical Gardens, Kitchen Ideas and the Lossiny Ostrov National nature reserve. Conveniently located next to the All Russia Exhibition Center (ex-VDNH) and only a 10-minute drive from the city center, this is great value.

The construction of the Hotel Complex Cosmos was intended for servicing the 1980 Moscow Olimpics. The architectural image of the building facing the VDNKh park was designed by Soviet and French architects. The hotel was officially opened to customers on July 20, 1979.

Many prominent politicians, business men and show biz personalities took part in the opening festivities. During its 20 years of operation the hotel has seen numerous famous people, among them the French singer Joe Dassin, the Russian variety star Alla Pougacheva, the Olimpic champion Garri Kasparov.

Rooms

There are many comfortable rooms in the two 30 story buildings, which serve almost 4000 guests daily, and offer a panoramic view of the Izmailovsky Park along with other buildings of historical interest.

Dining

There are seven restaurants and bars, but the on-site Cosmos restaurant and bar serves a wide variety of Russian and European dishes. We also specialize in Kitchen Tile Backsplash, so check out our Italian, Chilean and German pubs. For added entertainment, we host variety shows at our nightclub.

You are welcome to use hotel’s business centre, conference and concert halls.
